Last week Birdon performed successful Self-Righting Tests on the USCG 47C First Article Motor Lifeboat (MLB) in Bellingham. This is the last major Acceptance Trial Test prior to the four month Operational Assessment testing at the USCG National Motor Lifeboat School (NMLBS) in Ilwaco WA. She has now been delivered to the NMLBS and we are looking forward to handoff this week!
